Beschreibung

A fully furnished 1,040 square foot loft located in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles is available for rent. The nightly rate is 150 (three night minimum, plus a 100 cleaning fee). The weekly rate is 1,050 plus a 100 cleaning fee. For last minute bookings, there is flexibility with the three night minimum (less than 20 days in advance) providing dates are open.

The rooftop has a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge area, and great views of LA. This loft is in a great location; just blocks from Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Music Center, Ahmanson Theater, Mark Taper Forum, The Civic Center, Bunker Hill, Civic Center Cathedral, Jewelry District, and great shopping (all 5-7 blocks away). Pershing Square Outdoor Concert & Event Center is across the street and public transportation is just steps from the entrance (Metro Rail and buses at the corner). The LA Convention Center, Staples Center, & Nokia Theater are located just minutes away either on foot or by bus (11 blocks).

This very spacious loft has stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything you need for your stay is provided such as dishware, cookware, linens, and towels. This loft can potentially sleep up to six people (one queen bed, plus a futon, and sectional sofa are available for additional sleeping). The building has 24 hour security (doorman) and use of the building’s rooftop amenities and work out room are included in the rate. Parking is not included in the rate; however, there is parking across the street at Pershing Square for 15.40 overnight / per day.

A deposit of 100 is required when a reservation is booked (four night minimum). The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, a credit card number must be provided for any incidental charges that may be incurred (additional cleaning or damages). If the reservation is booked 45 days or less from the arrival date, the total amount is due at that time.

Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 100. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If checking in later than 6:00 p.m., an additional will be added.
