The villa
On the ground floor entrance to the villa is a hallway with toilet to the left. Off the hall is a modern spacious kitchen including cooker, fridge freezer and many other equipment and utensils you would expect to find in a modern kitchen. Living area comprises of a large space air conditioned with satellite television with dining area and two balconies overlooking rear mature gardens complete with outside garden furniture
The property also has a basement which comprises of a large bathroom with toilet; shower room sink .A twin bedroom and living area with two twin pullout bed settees. There is also a small kitchen area complete with cupboards and sink. The washing machine is also situated in the basement kitchen area
The first floor comprises of one master double bedroom with wardrobes and cupboard storage and balcony. There a further two twin bedrooms both with balconies. All rooms are air conditioned There is also a large bathroom on the first floor which has a shower/bath facilities and toilet and sink.
On the second floor you will find the villas bar area, with mini bar and stools this is also air-conditioned and balcony over looks rear garden
All fixtures and fittings in all the rooms are modern and of a high quality.
